Required Professional Licenses
We are seeking licensed professionals with active licenses in:
- Washington, DC: LICSW, LGPC, LCPC
- Maryland: LICSW, LGPC, LCPC, LMSW
- Virginia: LICSW, LGPC, LCPC, LGSW
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Active professional license in DC, Maryland, or Virginia in good standing
- Clinical experience in individual therapy, assessments, and documentation
- Remote therapy experience or willingness to learn telehealth best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn EMR systems

Contract Position Details and Benefits
Compensation and Caseload
- $40-$50 per therapy session based on experience and credentials
- Minimum 24 sessions per month (approximately 6 sessions per week)
- Maximum caseload based on contractor capacity and availability

Contract Therapist Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Provide individual psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions
- Complete clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and outside providers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Administrative Responsibilities
- Schedule client appointments using practice management system
- Manage billing information and insurance authorization processes
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations as needed
- Complete required training on EMR systems and practice protocols
